Following our acquisition by LoopUp Group PLC, we’ve re-focused our approach to showcase the exceptional knowledge and experience of our team, gained over 12 years delivering Microsoft Telephony & Collaboration solutions.

Matt Kirby

Managing Director

Matt’s based in Liverpool. He joined MeetingZone in 2014 as Principal Consultant. Having been instrumental in the growth of the MeetingZone Microsoft Practice, Matt was installed to his current position in June 2018, tasked with creating and implementing a new strategic direction for Enablit.

A 20 year veteran of Enterprise Communications, Matt has held senior leadership and consultancy positions in global businesses including Aastra (formerly Ericsson Enterprise) & Damovo.

Randy Chapman

Microsoft MVP, Head of Consulting

Randy joined Enablit early in 2014 and is the Head of Consulting. He is a Microsoft MVP (Most Valuable Professional) for Teams, a blogger, speaker, evangelist & enthusiast of all things Microsoft UC. Randy has worked in IT and telecoms for over 20 years, with the last 10 years focusing on Lync, Skype for Business and Teams.

Randy is a veteran of the US Navy, having served in conflicts in the Middle East and Somalia. Following this, Randy studied architecture at Arizona State University before moving to the UK in ‘95.

Shoulun Wang

Technical Operations Manager

Shoulun Wang, originally from Beijing, has been working in Enterprise Communications for over 10 years. He joined the business in 2012 as a Service Desk Engineer. He was instrumental in the design & implementation of one of the first Microsoft Private Cloud voice assets in the UK.

Shoulun is now responsible for the daily operations of the practice.

He holds an MSc in E-Commerce from the University of South Wales.

Sebastian Maslen

Commercial Operations Manager

Sebastian Maslen, based out of Cardiff is responsible for the service delivery of the Microsoft practice.

With over 10 years’ experience managing operations and projects within the Finance industry, Sebastian has a wealth of knowledge and proven results in growing business productivity, whilst delivering exceptional customer journeys and business relationships.
