In late 2013, early adopter clients intent on riding the wave to Office 365, with all the benefits of resilience, cost management & ease of support, hit upon the rocks in the shape of voice services only being available On Premises.
Enablit (Nee MeetingZone) recognised the opportunity to create a highly resilient Enterprise Telephony platform based upon Lync 2013 Server.
Lync as a Service was born.
Reputedly, Enablit were the 1st UK partner to build a Private Cloud solution, specifically for the purpose of providing Microsoft Enterprise Telephony at scale. During the past six years, we’ve built an enviable reputation as a leading Microsoft voice provider, with particular expertise in cross platform collaboration including 3rd party PBX’s, Skype for Business On Premises and Teams, advanced Contact Centre, Recording, Analytics & Network Diagnostics.
Skype for Business remains the standard for resiliency & deep integration and whilst clients wish to consume these services in the cloud, Skype For Business as a Service from Enablit goes from strength to strength.
